When the material come to our factory,then the quality control department will check,the quailty not be passed will be return to the supplier.
Every stator and rotor will be tested to gurantee its performance.
Every alternator will be tested with our testing machice as the follow picture,to make sure that every alternator can work well before delivery.And we will use our machine to tes its data,voltage,ampera,and so on,then we will make a specifical data.
So every alternator will work well after delivery,and through this,we obtain appreciation from our customers.
