1. The winding varnished wire

The insulating paper we use are supplied by a factory in Suzhou which is invested by a foreign company.The company has strict standard of quality management.They use the material of Dupont and imported glue water.Through the survey and detection,the quality is absolutely the best.

4. The main frame

The main frame of the alternator and lead box are made of steel,the end cover is made of high strength cast iron.

5. Craft

The craft of our company use the standard of Stamford.All the workers should be trained for a long time.And we carry out the management of 6s.

6. Component

All the components of our factory,the stator,rotor and excitation will be dippinglacquer twice.This is a process that other factories never used.Because it would take much more electric charge,and make the insulated paint consume and loss twice,so it will increase the cost.What's more,all the components should be handled through the process of dampproof,salt and fog proof, anti-corrosion.

7. Rotor and stator

All the rotors and stators of our company use the rope of best nylon to tie.We promise the security of our products,the phenomenon of ribbon burst will never happen.

8. Test

All the rotors should be tested by dynamic balance of Germany to go on test of balance. All the products of our factory should be tested by specialized Test Room.All the data such as wave form

voltage, rate,electric resistance and so on ,will show in specialized full-automatic testing machine,and can be printed into testing report of authorized edition.
