The first workline,we do the copper winding wire and insulation paper,and the assembly working line,we test the rotor and stator to guarantee its quality,and dynamic balance .Then we test evert machine with the engine,and to get the data,to make sure that every alternator can work well after delivery.We have small power testing machine,and more than 300kw testing machine.
And every rotor,stator and exciter will do two time vacuum impregnation dipping,other factory only do once,because it take much more cost,it will make the insulation ability better.
So every alternator will be tested before delivery,the quality will be guaranteed.
